We now offer our patients the convenience of viewing their health records online 24/7. You can print prescriptions and invoices, view your balance, and send messages to your doctor.

Our office will provide you with your login and temporary password to log into your secure records.  Click on the RevolutionPHR button below to log in to your personal health records.  If you have any questions, please contact the office that gave you your login information.

No vision insurance?  No problem!  We offer a 25% cash discount on comprehensive eye exams!*
